Exercising is a must. At least an hour in the day must be devoted to exercising.
It not only helps us to remain fit but also helps us in avoiding putting on weight and keeps us away from diseases like Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.
Here are some tips that will enable us to maintain a healthy
lifestyle:
1) Healthy
Breakfast: A heavy and complete breakfast is a must. It could be anything, but
make sure it is filling. A complete breakfast not only provides fuel to your
body but also enables you to start your day with a note of freshness.
2) Heavy
walking: Make sure you walk for atleast 20 minutes during the day. Walking will
not only help you to burn your calories but also rejuvenate your body muscles
thus edging out fatigue and laidbackness.
3) Snacking:
Eating every 2-3 hours is a good idea provided what you are eating is not
calorie heavy and does not take time to digest your food. Make sure you avoid
oily or fatty snacks that will make you feel drowsy or make you put on weight.
4) Sweat
it out: Working out in the gym is a good idea especially after a tiring day at
work. Your body muscles will relax and your appetite will increase. Sweat is
necessary while working out but make sure you don’t over-work out which may
cause a nauseated feeling during your meal time!
5) Fruity
Fun: Eat plenty of fruits as most of the fruits contain carbohydrates and
necessary vitamins that provide you with instant energy. Fresh fruits are
easily available everyday and are a great snacking option too!
